Post-construction dust is pervasive in a way that regular cleaning simply cannot address. Fine particles from plasterboard, timber, concrete and other building materials settle on every surface — inside cupboards, on window tracks, across floors, in light fittings. It requires specialist knowledge and equipment to remove thoroughly.
We provide both rough cleans and final builders cleans. A rough clean during construction removes heavy debris, excess materials and the bulk of construction dust after major trades have finished. The final clean happens just before handover — a meticulous top-to-bottom service covering windows, frames, glass, floors, fixtures, cupboard interiors, paint splashes, adhesive residue and every surface in the property.
